Many Sewing projects

For christmas this year we were in Canada - so I decided I'd make the kids a couple gifts. Thanks to Pintrest and the internet and the thousand of people who post do it yourself ideas and tutorials on their blogs I spent a good couple months sitting for hours at my sewing machine.
My sister found these cute pencil crayon and noteblock holders here.
Naturally she wanted one for each of her 2 kids.
Next came the Capri Sun purses for my girls, and my 2 neices. These were by far the easiest sewing gifts.
Then came the ribbon tree shirts - there are 4 girls in the family and one boy - so he got his own design.
One day my sister told me that she wanted a diaper clutch - ok no problem.  But the problem was she couldn't find a picture  with everything that she wanted.
So here is my own deisgn - the outside front view.
 inside front view.
Back view complete with zippered pocket - I just realized I don't a have a picture with the wrist strap complete.
Here are my girls guitars.  The guitars were the most time comsung gifts - maybe it had to do with the fact that I brought them unfinished to canada.  They all were finished before christmas morning - not much before but the kids loved them and that made them worth the long hours of sewing.
 Benny and his guitar.
 Audrey and her guitar.
 Lilia checking out her guitar.
Sydney and Audrey and their guitars.
Sewing projects didn't end when Christmas morning was over.  My mom wanted her sofa pillows covered.  So here are the results of the pillow covers the fronts were made to match the carpet colors and each pillow had a different colored solid back.

Now I'm done sewing - I told my husband for a month - we'll see how long I make it.
