Sydney had 3 and a half weeks off Kindergarten. We spent as much time outside as possible. We went to several different playgrounds close by, a couple amusement parks, played in the water, and learned how to ride a bike, but that is something for another blog entry.
Sydney, Dominik, and Andrian playing in the huge sand box behind the complex.
Ashlyn wasn't interested in the sand or toys - just the shoes.
The forest is seconds away from our complex - so one day we went to a playground in the forest. 30 minutes each way is a challenge for the kids - but they loved it there.
Here are my kids on the see saw.
Here are the neighbor's boys on the other side.

Sydney loves to climb and climbs just about everything. This was obviously more fun then using the slide properly.
Here are the 3 - Andrian, Dominik, and Sydney. (Ashlyn was busy sleeping.)
There were Mole hills all over - so the kids decided they wanted to explore the Mole hills and see if they could find the Mole - no luck but they loved it.
Another Day - Another Park.
This was the coolest zip line swing we found. 2 kids fit on it - the kids couldn't get enough of it.
Ashlyn loves to rock on these toys - so the park was a hit for her as well.
Sydney loves to spin - she was the only one on because it was going too fast for everyone else. This girl is never dizzy.
Here is the same playground by our complex as the first 2 pictures.
Daddy thinks Ashlyn should ride up the ramp.

We also went to Killesberg Park one day and met up with Destiny, Elijah, and their mom.

The summer break was not even 4 weeks longs, but it was packed full of lots of fun for the kids. Luckily for the mom's the 3 older kids are all back in Kindergarten.
